By accessing https://www.creatorprospect.com or using the YouTube Email Finder Chrome extension (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Acceptance

These Terms form an agreement between you and Creator Prospect. You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service.

Service Description

Creator Prospect provides tools to help users discover and qualify YouTube creators. The current product is a free Chrome extension that supports niche search, creator discovery, qualification details, public business/contact email discovery where available, selection, and CSV export. The Service does not send outreach emails on your behalf.

You can install the Extension from the Chrome Web Store listing when available: Chrome Web Store.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service
Interfere with other users’ access to the Service
Use the Service to harass, spam, or target individuals in unlawful or abusive ways
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting creators

Public Information and Contact Data

The Extension may surface publicly available business or contact information associated with creators. We do not claim to guess, generate, or verify private email addresses. Availability of contact information varies by creator and may change over time.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

How you use exported prospect lists
Complying with applicable email, marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws when contacting anyone
Respecting creators’ preferences, platform rules, and any applicable terms of third-party services
Keeping your devices and browser extensions secure

Prohibited Abuse and Spam

You may not use the Service to facilitate bulk unsolicited commercial email, phishing, social engineering, fraud, or any other abusive outreach practices. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being abused.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its branding, design, text, and software, is owned by Creator Prospect or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with our prior written permission.

Third-Party Platforms

The Service interacts with YouTube and other third-party platforms that we do not control. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. Creator Prospect is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, including changing free availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that search results, creator metrics, matched videos, or contact information will be complete, accurate, current, or available for every creator.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATOR PROSPECT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Extension and ceasing use of the website. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
